About J.A.O. Builders & Development Corporation
Founded and registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission ( SEC ) in 1997 at the height of the Asian financial crisis, JAO Builders & Development Corporation is the brainchild of Engineer Ferdinand Manalastas and his siblings, Allan and Orlan. They saw an untapped opportunity in an economy that was nearly at a standstill, and in a public that was neither willing or capable of taking out loans to finance their personal construction projects. They conceived of the idea of offering their services to build houses for owners of idle lots, without requiring so much as a single centavo in downpayment. At the same time, the company provided convenience, by taking on the responsibility of addressing the homebuilder’s needs starting from the planning stage to bank loan processing and proper documentation, all the way to construction and completion, even after-sales service. Very soon, JAO Builders had established its name as a pioneer in the “Build Your Home” concept, and as a “One-Stop Shop” that homebuilders can count on for all their needs.

J.A.O. Builders has everything a future homeowner needs. Housing Consultant will be right there with the client to guide them through the whole process. The talents and technical know-how of In-house Architects and Engineers will be at the client’s beck-and-call. Loan and Documentation Officers will facilitate all the banking needs and ably handle the paperwork formalities. The Operations Crew, composed of experienced site personnel and overseen by Quality Control Engineers, will handle the actual construction using only Quality Branded Materials.
Named the Most Outstanding Construction Company in 2005 and given the Philippine Marketing Excellence Award, J.A.O. Builders and Development Corporation is also a member of the American and the European Chambers of Commerce of the Philippines (ACCP & ECCP) since 2003. |
